Fancy Graphics-Leaves aren't transparent behind slabs

I was building a base. In that base were a few leaves put behind half-slabs, like the picture in the attachment. I switched it on to fancy graphics, and it seems that the normal leaf block on the ground is transparent, while the ones behind the half slabs are not. I uploaded another picture to make it clearer.
