To reproduce:
1. Type /fill ~ ~ ~ ~31 ~31 ~31 stone.
2. Observe that the chat prints out the error, even though you aren't over the maximum, just exactly on it.
Too many blocks in the specified area (maximum 32768, specified 32768)
