Unicode Characters are Improperly Aligned on Different Screen Resolutions

What I expected to happen.

Typing unicode and normal characters would work as normal - properly aligned after the unicode bullet character, as on the tested Windows 10 Environment (as seen in textIssue.png)

What actually happened.

On my MacOS environment, the text misaligned following the unicode character (note the clearly imbalanced letter 'M' and 'U') - as seen on TextIssue-MacOS.png

EDIT: This seems to be based on screen resolution, as when I resize my window the alignment of the characters is correct and the issue still occurs on Windows 10/MacOS

Upon closer inspection of this issue, it only affects any subsequent characters on the same line as the unicode characters (as present in this screenshot.) This seems to be an issue with the rendering of the font from the graphics, or a misalignment in that as a result of the unicode character.

Still occurs in 18w01a

UPDATE: This seems to be based on screen resolution, as when I resize my window the alignment of the characters is correct and the issue still occurs on Windows 10/MacOS

Issue seems to be entirely resolved thanks to the font updates in 1.13 pre-6
