Minecraft crashes when loading with custom resolution set in launcher

When having the custom game window resolution option set in the launcher, most of the new 1.13 snapshots will crash without leaving any helpful information in the logs.

Steps to recreate:
1. Enable Snapshots
2. Enter the snapshot profile
3. Enable the custom resolution option
4. Launch the Game

I have tested and had this glitch happen while attempting to load all of the new minecraft snapshots expect for 17w31a.
