I cannot do the twitch thing, I can do F6 but it just Saids Report to Mojang.

The only versions we support are 1.12.2 and the latest 1.13 snapshot. 1.8/1.8.9 are completely unsupported, and you should not be using them.
Twitch broadcasting is no longer supported on twitch's end. Use an external screen recorder such as OBS (free and open-source).
Outdated versions are no longer supported.
