When right-clicking on tall grass, with another piece of tall grass in your hand, the top block of the tall grass is broken.

To reproduce:

1. Place down a double-high tall grass block.

2. Attempt to place another in the same space.
   ---> Observe that the top block of the tall grass is removed, with no sound.
