Java x64 latest version.
Asus Nvidia GF 210
Game Properties:
Minecraft 1.12.2
I giving 1 GB RAM to Java

RAM is enough. But CPU high usage. This problem affect game.

You're running a modern game that's known to be CPU costly on a 10 years old processor. Not sure what you expect there.
