[MC-123484] Alt-tab freezes minecraft:java edition

So simply every time I Alt-Tab out of minecraft it freezes on that screen the game still runs and I can still here sounds.

What are your system specs? It works perfectly fine for me, the game simply pauses when alt-tabbing out, and if F3+P is enabled, the game just runs like it did before.

it was fine till like 2 days ago it just started happening
