crash while crafting on smp

my minecraft crashed while i was crafting a furnace. I run vanilla. the server runs bukkit. since I don't know if this also happens in vanilla minecraft I'm posting it anyway. If this is bukkit related only then just delete this post @Kumasasa @Tails @mustek
