[MC-1240] Enderman cannot dodge flame arrow. When the arrow is shot the Enderman moves out of the way but is still set on fire

The Enderman can be hit by flame arrows and take damage also i think the arrow itsself may not do damage only the flame effect. The Enderman will be lit for the full period.

It's still set on fire because it gets hit by the arrow...

I'm not sure this is a bug.

It seems like the arrow hitting the endermen causes it to teleport, not to much that it teleports to avoid the shot.

Hopefully someone from Mojang will come and clarify this.

The enderman never gets hit by the arrow. It still catches on fire though. ^

^^ The Enderman is never supposed to be hit by a projectile of any type, excluding Positive potions and Large Fireballs(I think?). The reason being it teleports away just a few ticks before the projectile would hit.
