Wrong assimilation of key bindings

My controls
Strafe Left: Q
Drop Selected Item: A

Problem
When I do F3+Q for show debug menu, it reload my chunks
And when i do F3+A, it show me debug menu

I can't Ctrl+A in chatbar, when I add server, maps etc.
