A bit hard to describe.
To reproduce:
Run
/teleport @e[scores={test=1,tst=1,teeeeeeest=1,est=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1},limit=1] redwith the first three characters of your player name
Open chat
Hit up arrow
Move cursor to the left and shorten the selector
Observe how the suggestion box moves

Note that the position won't fix itself if you entirely delete the last argument, re-complete the previous argument and start the last argument again.

Can confirm that this is still an issue in 20w49a. I've attached a screenshot. To reproduce this, you'll need a longer command so feel free to use the one that I used.

This doesn't seem to be an issue in 20w18a because now the suggestion box always moves with your cursor.
