[MC-124273] Placing stairs on a server lags the game.

So I was playing on my server with SkyThund3r and eventually I placed stairs and the game/server started lagging for a few seconds.

That's a problem with the server then. And don't use this as a place to advertize your server.

Also, apparantly your server disobeys the Minecraft EULA and could be taken down because of that.

Yes, but you're still responsible for it. That's not a loophole.
