Vertical Droppers don't drop items correctly upright.
Dispensers pointing downwards / horizontal don't shoot rockets downward / horizontally.
(The glass in the first and second image is symmetrical on all sides.)

Items are getting shot out with a random sideways momentum, thus able to escape the glass. Fireworks only travel upwards.
