Block's and Looking at's coordinates are ok, because this is X:-5, but at XYZ it is X:-4,5

Duplicate of MC-4794; this is how coordinates work.

The block coordinates are integers.
The block at 0 is the position 0.0 to 0.999, the block at -1 is -1.0 to -0.001, etc.
