[MC-124755] The game doesn´t let me or destroy any block

The game doesn´t let me or destroy any block, I already tried uninstallng the game and installing it again, but the problem persisted.

The first time that this happened, was when I was playing in Lan with a friend; I changed the game mode from survival to creative and then it happened.

Do you mean that left clicking does nothing? Does it only swing your arm, but no blocks break? Does the block break but reappear?

both, in the old worlds I have left click does nothing, it only swing my arm, and in the new worlds I create, the block break and reappear...
