[MC-12476] Talk function stops working regularly while in Multiplayer in 1.5.

Talk function stops working regularly in Multiplayer. I have found when chatting with fellow players in the most recent version, suddenly the talk function fails.

"T" to talk seems to work well for awhile. But occasionally and usually after frequent use, I press "T" to talk, type my message and send and it is never received by anyone. Seems to be client side as there is nothing in the server logs.

The only way to fix this issue is by disconnecting and reconnecting. Then the talk function works again.

Does this occur on vanilla and/or bukkit servers?

Now are you saying that if the bug occurs, the chat will not work at all until a disconnect?
