It is fixed, but the translations will be affected after 1.13.1 is released.

Even though that string is now available on Crowdin (book.invalid.tag), the game seems to not use the translated versions. This was taken on 19w03b:

It's fixed in 1.13.2, but it looks like it was reintroduced in 18w43a (probably when MC-1578 was fixed). I've cloned the ticket to MC-142621.
