[MC-124974] Selector syntax help does not handle non-applicable parameters correctly

The bug

The selector syntax help does not handle non-applicable parameters correctly, for example when using type for @a. Once you typed the parameter it suggests other parameters instead.

How to reproduce

Type or copy the following

/kill @a[type
