Scrolling command suggestions list does not update current suggestion

The bug

Scrolling the command suggestion list above the chat text field does not update the currently selected suggestion.

How to reproduce

  1. Type or copy the following command

    /summon

  2. Move your mouse for example above minecraft:armor_stand
    → ✔ It shows the translated name and the entry is colored yelllow

  3. Scroll with your mouse wheel
    → ❌ minecraft:armor_stand remains selected
