Minecarts off track float

I think it's not that bug, I think it's just a Minecart render bug.
Here's how to reproduce:
-Place a rail on the ground.
-Place a minecart on it.
-Push it...
-Profit! The minecart looks like it's floating.
I would recommend reproducing this bug with a new minecart 😉
And title should be changed to: Levitating minecart

Confirmed. This issue started in 13w11+

Do not spam, just show, and mods should change title and add in the description how to reproduce the bug.

I can confirm when the rail is destroyed, but haven't tried pushing.
