1: Swim into a 1x1x1 hole

2: Wait to get out of swimming (a bug in itself, in creative, sprint-flying will still happen even when you let go of the key)
3: Press F5
4: Sneak

Still in 18w07c. Of note, cannot easily enter a 1x1 space when swimming (get pushed away on attempt), and swimming mode stops when the player's pitch is >= 0.
