Has this world been opened in any version newer than 1.12.2, other than 18w07b? Can you attach the world?

the hopppers are not powered end I've looked with my f3 button if they were enabled and they are! @nope
This world is made in 1.12.2 and now in the new snapshot (18w07b) all of my hoppers doesn't do anything! @redstonehelper

Are your hoppers powered? They lock when powered with redstone.
