I launch Minecraft, the Mojang screen displays as normal, but it crashes before it reaches the title screen. Attached copy of crash report.

Try forcing an update, it would appear there is a file read error, based on the crash report.

Attached full crash report. Force Updating didn't work, but using an old 1.5 .jar I had lying around didn't help either. It may just be me, but I don't know what could be causing this.
