Invite friends list not showing all friends that are online

When I am in a world, server, or realm, if I want to invite my friends to the game, I go to the invite friends list. I look at all my online friends, but there are not all the people that are online. I scroll down and down, and there my friends are, saying that there offline, when there either sending messages, or inviting ME. I think this is highly annoying, because, I have to scroll all the way down to try and find my friends that I want to play with. P.S. just a suggestion, it would be cool if you could message friends that aren’t even in your game, to tell them what is happening, with out having to go into the Xbox app every time. Just a suggestion😃
