Block of Dried kelp isn't simetrical

a 1 pixel thick line cannot be in the middle of 16 pixels; and since vanilla sticks with 16x16, this will not change.

Works as intended.

It may be a good idea to look at the resolution and comment next time. 😉

And texturers will see and fix this bug 🙂 I'll see wahat Sphax does with 1.13 PureBDCraft...
