Giving skeleton skull with arguments to player crashes game

The bug

I've tried to activate command block with this command (just for example):

/give @p minecraft:skeleton_skull{display:{Name:""},Owner:{Id:"e1d1408d-fe61-491a-9834-df92690c5762",Properties:{textures:[{Value:"eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvMzY4YWI4Y2Y1OTRkYTU1ZjkwZjU5M2JkYzBiNDFlMDU5MjVkNzVkYWEzZWU3ZjFiNDljMjQyMWQyYmRlYWQwIn19fQ=="}]}}}

Upon activating command block my game freezed and after few seconds closed. After that I restarted the game, opened my world save and suddenly it didn't load - game closed again.
