As you can see in the pictures there are random streaks of just random textures of a block around the world. They have textures like a gold block present in a weird way.

We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

Could not re-replicate as this is a rare thing and disappears once the chunks they are present in are unloaded. This can remain closed until I find one again.

The rendering also gets messed up again. It happens every time something else is rendering in the background
Update: They will go away if you unload the block but they reappear soon after. They are less common as the farther I go from my spawn point.
