Minecraft 1.13 snapshot crashes on world launch

I am on MacBook pro 13.3 inch 2016 core i5 quad core. I am not sure of my java version but it is the same as the one that came with the Mac. My problem is that Minecraft 18w08b and all other 1.13 snapshots crash Minecraft when I try to open a new or old world. The world only opens to 95% then crashes. The crash report is below.
