Environment
I had updated my world from 1.12.2 directly to 18w08b, and went to smelt some iron ore I had before updating. Well, it didn't start smelting. A similar thing happens when trying to make cactus green (unless recipe has changed), but only experienced it on worlds made in 18w07b+
