I made a new world and found a chunk of kelp floating at sea level, not connected to anything.

MC-125807 is about trees, my report is about an anomaly of kelp. They are both chunk errors (I assume) but this isn't a dupe.

It's the same issue essentially; it's an entire chunk out of some random block. (Although that report currently covers a different bug as well)
