[MC-126293] jitter

If i have my mipmap on 1, 2, 3 or 4 i have super anoying jitter/choppy frames.
but my fps is 100.

Minimaps are mods and mods aren't vanilla minecraft, so you should instead report that to the mod creator, not Mojang, since they didn't create the mod.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
