Horse reigns float when not riding horse

the new horse model if fine, but the model for the saddle does not work and is actually glitchy. Bedrock edition has already changed the horse model to match with java, but avoids this problem by only flattening the saddle and its parts. Java flattens it, removes some of its parts, like the part that goes around the horse's face, only keeping the part in the horse's mouth, and messes with the reign so that they always hover there even when no one is riding it. Also, the armor layer is glitch near the horse's ears. I hope this gets fixed soon.
