Grass Has No Texture

Don't Know If The Customisation Has Anything To Do With

Customized worlds are not currently supported in the latest snapshots. I thought customized worlds weren't even playable in the snapshots, so it might be a bug that a world recreated from one is able to be played.

EDIT: It may really affect old costumized worlds, since for superflat it works fine... (Screenshot of Superflat world)

it was a completly newly created world in snapshot

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.
