Huge block lag

If you build a floor about 200 blocks height about 50x50,
And break one of the blocks in the middle and then put it back, it will cause huge lag!
And you put a piston with Redstone clocks its even crash the game.
At first, I thought this bug only lags the game client, but it also does immense lags to the server!
Please fix this!!
