[MC-126763] Pressing Chat key sometimes adds the corresponding letter in chat

Example: If chat key is 't' then sometimes it adds the letter 't' to the chat bar itself and if you forget to remove the character then you can end up with things like 't/help' or 'thello'.

That isn't an issue with minecraft itself. Accidentally double tapping a key or having a sensitive/malfunctioning keyboard is not a bug with minecraft.

Something changed in 1.13 that causes this, it doesn't happen in earlier versions. So the keyboard is not the problem. (I have a Corsair K95 RGB Keyboard). I took a look at the other original bug post and people say the same thing, it only happens in 1.13.
