[MC-126802] Slabs provide air pockets despite not displaying so.

Man, I swear, slabs and related items are the most buggy thing in these snapshots, first, x-ray, now this? Anyway, if you swim into a slab block underwater, not only does your water vision vanish, but so does your air bubbles, the 'pockets of air' haven't vanished yet, it just appears as so.

This is currently WAI, as the water is visual-only for now. Perhaps in the next snapshot we will get some better water mechanics. 🙂

slabs and stairs are currently tagged in #minecraft:water_hacked but not in #minecraft:waterlogged in the jar. You can add them if you want, but because slabs and stairs can be placed on land, you'll find it strang when you swim in a slabbed floor.
