[MC-126864] Hash key will not open the command line.

The hash key has no funkion to open the commandline faster.

If I press the hash key it will not opening the chat with slash.

For Servers it takes too long for pressing T and than slash!

Actually the Forward Slash " / " Key is used to open the Chat UI Faster to type commands not the Hash key "#"
