[MC-127057] Glass panes and fences not connecting in Mansion

Rooftop Mansion glass panes and fences are not connecting *

Describe what happened here

1. ... I spawned near a Mansion
2. ... walked through and the windows glass and fences are not connected. if you break them and replace them they connect.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I did search twice to make sure it wasn't already reported using "glass panes and fence posts not connecting", but nothing came up.
