No skins shown in the 1.7.5 and older versions (maybe caused of the UUID update)

Duplicate of WEB-985; the legacy skin server was retired.

Please note that only 1.12.2 and the latest 1.13 snapshot are supported; the versions in question are over 3 years outdated...
