Carpet and panes don't show the right colors on maps

Stained glass panes do not show up on map items, even when there is a block under them, even though they did pre-1.13 and normal stained glass blocks show up fine when there's a block under them (please note that glass has always needed a block underneath to show up on maps, that part is not a bug).

Also, all colors of carpets show up grey on maps.
