[MC-12750] Problem with texture pack

I have a visual bug everytime I open a world in minecraft. I open the inventory and certain textures disappear in the creative tab.. it fixed every time I reload the texture pack in the options.
(additional info: I stitched the texture pack before)

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded MineCraft.

ok, thanks for the tip, at least you can tell me which mod that causes this error? It would help me alot if you tell me which mod cause the bug so I can talk to the modder of that mod

But you may remove one mod after the other, then you'll see.
