Blocks not loaded when created superflat world

I just loaded a superflat world in 1.12.2 then i found something weird, there was block not generated as a big square and villages not loaded too. Breaking blocks even do not fix the problem

My F3 does not work i use different keyboard only F5 works so i can't see the coordinates. and i accendantely deleted world.
