[MC-127629] minecraft 18w11a snapshot lagy in the ocean

when i go into 18w11a snapshot after 1 min or so there frame drops. each in 0.75 sec i have a frame drop plz fix

Same problem. My FPS is drop in ocean and the chunks isn't loading fast in the ocean.

Is the frame lost like this?

Guess the issue is not descriptive enough. Could be anything, maybe MC-125013 or the something with the bubble columns

Please check if that's still an issue in Minecraft 1.13-pre3.
