[MC-127684] jitter with high fps

How higher my fps is how worse the jitter is i tried everything and i have good specs.
1.12.2 runs perfect but all the snapshots don't.
I hope it can be fixed very soon.
My question is does it have to do with how snapshots are build or not.
It are just choppy jitter frames.

I had the same issue.
If I go to windowed mode, it's just fine.
You should try that...
