When ever I launch Minecraft, there is a bug where I don't have any sound. I keep trying to close Minecraft and it's launcher to resolve the issue, but it doesn't work. It would be appreciated if you could respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

Please force a crash by holding F3 and C for 10 seconds an then attach the crash-log to your ticket.
You probably have to refresh your resource pack (switch to another one and then back)
