[MC-127899] Can't use Name Tags on a Donkey

After naming a Name Tag with the Anvil, attempts to put the name onto a donkey do nothing. Horses work fine however. Easy to recreate.

What?? I own minecraft. Not sure where this site has pulled its information but the email I used to make this account is NOT the same email as what I purchased Minecraft on. I await a moderator to resolve this issue and re-open my bug.
