[MC-12795] since 1.5 getting in mincart you do not seem to sit

clicking into a minecart from standing your view is as though you were standing 1 higher -on top of the cart rather than sitting in it

First of all, it's not mine, it's Atlassian's. And secondly, searching "minecart sit" worked fine for me.
