The bug

The names of the resource packs / datapacks and the titles of the lists can clip through the background.

How to reproduce

Create or download a resource pack / datapack
Give it a long enough name
→ ❌ The text overflows when the resource pack / datapack is displayed in the list

Fixed since 1.13.2 release but not for older versions.

The translation has been changed to account for this, but the core issue still remains. If a translation is too long, the same will happen as shown in the attaced gif.
