player is not getting stifle in a glass block

when a player's head get stuck in the glass, he will not get stifle, and he can break the block beside the glass through the glass instead of breaking the glass first

Not suffocating in glass is intended. The other bug is MC-124126.

alright, I just wonder if that is intended or not so I checked minecraft wiki before I submit this issue, but the wiki didn't tell me that, the internet neither. sorry for interrupting you
